I had an average experience with Uba / itba / unicen / unsam (inti). Their website ingipp.com.ar is informative, but I found it slightly difficult to navigate. However, the staff was helpful and answered all of my questions. Overall, I received satisfactory service from Uba / itba / unicen / unsam (inti).
