very disrespectful, i walked in with 5 of my friends to look at some jewelry and we looked at rings and put them back, the employees were quick to judge and immediately accused us of stealing, when we told them that we were putting things back after we looked, one employee asked if we were spending all day in the store or if we could leave, after she said that we all left because we were extremely disappointed with they re service. do not go to sterling works unless you are 100% positive you will buy something. sterling works will never get my service again even after buying several items from them before
