The facility is very aged as far as decor. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing....i really hate that i even have to say or address this but unless you are Caucasian i would not dare step foot in this place, Unless you enjoy being asked if you re lost and need help finding your way back to your area......I m guessing for non-white people. I would love to be able to recommend this place but i felt extremely uncomfortable the entire stay and definitely could ve kept all $1500 in my pocket or maybe went to Jamaica where people smile and are happy to have you. At least then I would ve felt happy about spending my money. However, i left feeling completely robbed and displeased with the entire experience. I couldn t enjoy the spa because if it wasn t the staff attempting to redirect me then it was the guest saying, Excuse me ill move from your area. Like guys come on, we are just people i don t bite and i never asked to be the color that I am, please get over it. Good luck if you go to the Omni Grove.
