I purchased a MSI laptop for about $3700 in june and They said it would be pre-ordered with july as the ETA. It is now october and i just now received it. They also did not install an ssd that I paid for.

Edit: My name is Owen Foxhall. It is ridiculous that I had to wait 4 months for something I paid in advance. Not only that, you guys shipped a laptop with a broken ssd. I went through your painful refund process and you tried to ship me a new ssd instead on refunding me. You have lost my future bussiness.
