As a customer of Residential Mortgage Network, Inc., I must say that their services are average. The mortgage process was fairly smooth, but I encountered some issues along the way. The staff was generally helpful, but there were instances where their response time was slow. Overall, my experience with them was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional.
