I have been working with Flat Planet for several years now and I have to say, they are average. The quality of work is satisfactory and the communication is decent. However, there is definitely room for improvement. They often miss deadlines and sometimes I have to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
