Such an AMAZING experience!! Unite Retreat really is everything they say they are. The staff is astounding!! Such amazing people!! They really sit down, listen and develop a plan that is perfect for you. Such incredible people to help you with your journey.

I signed up for the week retreat (Sun-Sun) in March of 2016. I was not exactly sure what to expect, yet was looking for a place to help me learn healthy eating, how to cook and prepare for meals as well as how to plan for meals, and how to become active again since my back surgery. They really got to know me, my back, and worked with me to gain results. Thank you Unite I am so thankful for your help in my journey!!
