When I started this program, I thought they were nuts. The amount of work they put you through on the amount of calories they feed you seems impossible at first. After the initial blinding pain of the workouts had subsided, I had an entirely new perspective on what I was capable of achieving in the realm of fitness. In two weeks I lost twenty pounds of fat and gained four pounds of muscle. The results were spectacular, but the most important concept I took away from here was that daily exercise and healthy eating are easily embraceable concepts and, when sustained for a period of time, a body you are proud of is easily within your grasp. This is an excellent program.
