I have only great things to say about Unite. The program provided exactly the re-set i needed to get on a healthy track. The Retreat blended intense physical activity, well-prepared food and useful nutrition counseling, all led by a cadre of superb trainers. My five weeks there were instrumental in setting me up for the success I continue to experience back home.
