I recently availed services from a tech company for my website development needs. The experience was really good and I am pleased with the work done. The team understood my requirements well and delivered the product within the agreed timeframe. I found the members of the team to be professional and helpful throughout the process. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the communication. There were a few instances where I had to follow up for updates.
