I am a 56 year old man who has been in early recovery for 25 years with glimpses of time. I have never let go of AA but I also never truly accepted to my inner most self that addition and alcoholism was truly a disease and continued down a self destructive path. I know I can rebuild my life but I have not been able to maintain long term sobriety due to my priorities being out of order. I have now taken the time with the help from Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches to prioritize my life and future. My case manager Robyn has diligently set me up for success and distilled in me that I must get this so I can stop self-destructing - and that is step one! The food is fantastic, Jodie was engaging and stepped out of her daily responsibilities to accommodate me. I highly recommend this facility and am grateful for this opportunity. GOD WILLING I'll slow down and take the simple suggestions that were given to me.
