I bought my bike here, and the staff *seemed helpful and friendly. There was no bike fit attempted, the staff member just said "get on and give it a try in the parking lot," which I did. He said if it felt good then it was a good choice. I thought it felt ok. Unfortunately it wasn't until way later (after finally going for a bike fit test from another bike store) that I learned that the mechanics of the bike were all off for me. The frame size of the bike they sold me was too small and my knees were too far over the pedals which over time led to knee pain. The bike mechanic from the second store I went to said that I should go back to Revolution and complain that they didn't properly advise me on the fit of the bike. Unfortunately, when I talked to them they said my warrantee had elapsed because I had bought it the previous season. Now I have a 1500 dollar bike which I have to accept will never fit me properly, and it is not possible to correct this because the frame is too off for my body mechanics. I believe they were more interested in making a quick sale than helping me find a bike which worked for me, and I paid the price for trusting them.

EDIT: August 2017 I received a phone call from the Revolution Cycle promotion manager. He was apologetic about my situation, and said he wished I could have been helped more adequately. He said my experience wasn't typical of the way Revolution Cycle normally helps people buy a bike. Unfortunately it's still too late for me to resolve this problem short of getting a new bike, but I am impressed he called so I'm raising my review from 1 to 2 stars.
