I had an overall average experience with Alberto Moretti. The quality of the products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service could definitely be improved as it took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries. However, I must admit that the prices are quite reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, okay, but not amazing.
