Service was extremely slow (if everywhere else at the time didn't have lines going out the door, we would've gone somewhere else). They took an hour and a half to serve two burgers, which were still not quite to order, and not very good or warm, either. I have cooked more satisfying burgers throwing pre-made frozen patties on a Foreman. Their doughnuts, which conceptually should be very good, were underbaked and underwhelming in terms of both size and flavor. The server was nice, but avoidant when I needed to ask anything and didn't do a very good job of at least keeping her customers hydrated during the prolonged wait.
