Very nice trail guide but super swampy, mucky trai...

Very nice trail guide but super swampy, mucky trails and run down facility. Probably wont ride here again because of the horses having to tackle knee deep mud on many spots along the trail. For $30/hr, they should do more to create pleasant trails.
