These people are the worst to rent from. First of all the property manager at Highland Park apartments lied to my husband and me. We didn't find out how big of a liar she is until we were two months into the lease. Things promised never was fulfilled. They don't fix anything. They do what you call patch work which does not solve the problem. My daughter, her husband and four children came in town on a Tuesday and I was told they had to gone by that Friday. Meaning if they are on a 2 weeks vacation they have to cut their vacation short. I promise if you are someone who cares how you are treated do not rent from Cedar Management.
