I phoned about a part and the guy went to check, then said I have it right in my hand . I stopped in and a fellow named Keith was really helpful, got me all sorted out with some extra parts, and with the help of one of the other Service reps, I was on my way. They really looked after me - super friendly and helpful... I was impressed :-)
