We went to several stores looking for the right sectional to go in our new home. We had a specific price, layout, dimensions, and style in mind. The only one we saw that even came close was at Chinatowne. The sales staff was courteous and professional. We went in "just looking" once and were not pressured to buy and still given several options to consider (our first salesman was named Frank). The second time we were in, we worked with Rick. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and direct while being personable and fun. We were able to pick up some of our order the same day. The delivery team was efficient and fun to work with. In short, it was a great shopping experience and we are very likely to return in the future for any of our other home furnishing needs.
