You would think my mother would want to stay in the state where they are known for their seniors, assisted-living, and nursing homes Florida! But no... she wanted to go to her old stomping grounds on Long Island. Sure enough, I was able to find the Regency in Glencove. From the moment we walked in, I knew it was going to be the best living environment for her. From the tour, the recreational activities, to the care, living conditions, and people that work there, I have no problem leaving my mother 1200 miles away to her new place called home and I thank you.
