I knew exactly want I wanted. I called them to make sure they had it. They did but said they would be closing at 1:00 due to the weather (it was 42 degrees and raining!!!). I told them I would be there asap and they took my name. I got there at 1:02 (due to a broken parking meter), watched them lock the door, told them through the glass who I was and who I had just spoken with. They simple said "Sorry", " Sorry", "Sorry" through the glass for 5 minutes while I explained why it was so important that I get what I needed then they walked away! I was trying to buy an anniversary gift for a trip we were flying out to early the next morning. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars there! NO MORE! Seriously the biggest Douche Bags, A-holes ever!
