Nice and unique airport. The traditional yet modern design of the airport really gives it a nice look. A BUNCH of destinations and airlines to choose from. The staff are silent, but helpful. The food is not very good though, and outside it smells like cigarettes. The police ride on segways, which is kind of funny. But our Hainan Airlines flight back to San Jose was not very nice. The staff of Hainan Airlines were extremely stubborn, and made our life inconvenient by whining about an extra 0.4 lbs. They made us take a lot of stuff out and sort it around. I don't get why it's a 5-star airline on Skytrax, because it only deserves 3.5-stars.
