I had a great experience with Burlington Krav Maga. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they create a supportive and inclusive environment. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. I have seen significant improvement in my fitness levels and self-defense skills since joining. Highly recommend!
