Shadiest company I have ever dealt with. They ask for documents they have no right to, and if you don't provide, they refuse to insure you. They also increased their original quote by about 800$ on two vehicles after I asked them to drop the tenant insurance they tried to up sell me on. The agent refused to let me speak to her "coach" who was directing her. And did not give me her coaches name who was advising her on all this. So basically the supervising staff would not speak to me. I was an existing customer. Will look elsewhere now. Plenty of insurance fish in the sea.
