Checked in on Thursday March 10th and wasn't too satisfied from day one but it was late and I just wanted to get my kids settled. The double bed room was very very small and cramped so I upgraded to dbl queen bed poolside like I've stayed in before. This is my third time staying here but this time I was beyond dissatisfied! I will not be returning to this hotel ever again. I don't how kid friendly it is. The a/c didn't work properly, the cleaning lady didn't even bother to clean anything but marked off she had cleaned the room. I was sitting right near the pool watching as she went in the room and came right back out and pushed her cart to the next room. I went to check the room to be sure and noticed that all she did was put a few towels in the bathroom. Did not change the linens. She tucked the old linen and took some clothes off one bed and put them on the other. I had to literally chase down the cleaning supervisor to show her that the room was never cleaned. If I could've found another hotel, I would've taken my kids to another hotel where we both could've enjoyed. If they don't improve, I can see them closing down not long from now. Thankfully we check out tomorrow.
