We waited several minutes for an online pickup while the lady working there was on the phone. Eventually another employee came over and looked up our order. She walked off to presumably gather up the items we'd ordered. A short time later another employee, who appeared to be a manager asked if he could help us. We said that someone was already helping us with an online pickup. He reviewed the screen left open by the other employee and actually began collecting our merchandise. I'm not sure what happened with the first employee that offered to help us. After everything had finally been gathered up, I was thinking to myself that we would have saved time by not ordering online but instead just picking the items off the shelf ourselves. Then we learned that there was now an additional delay because we'd elected to update the friends and family on our Best Buy account after we'd completed the online purchase. This was an extra fraud protection. Best to have a business account set up in advance I guess. Needless to say, this wasn't the most efficient shopping experience, perhaps in part due to the way we placed the order. Employees were cordial throughout, but had to follow the processes they have in place. I think there is room for improvement there.
