tried to resolve a account issue (i was getting billed for somethings that was not agreed upon with the initial sales REP) as the issue needed to be resolved by a team leader and i was told to write an email. i emailed the email on my statement. and it bounced back.. called back to find correct email.... and still waiting for a response. from dec17. Wasting hours, writing emails and talking with people who cannot help because the team leader is never available when i want to sort an issue.
