I recently used the services of this company and I must say, I was slightly underwhelmed. The website appeared quite professional and their brochure was impressive, but the overall communication and execution of the project left much to be desired. 🤔 The research report provided was somewhat basic, and didn't fully meet my expectations. While the team was polite, I felt like my project wasn't given the attention it deserved. I believe there is potential for improvement, but as it stands, I would rate my experience as average. I hope they can work on enhancing their service quality in the future.
