DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN- and I have been telling everyone who asks how our stay was how terrible it was..
We are locals and got a groupon deal, so we figured we would try a non disney/universal resort out. Come to find out there is fine print on the groupon that they charge an extra $45 for taxes and resort fees when you get there (my fault for not reading it) you're not getting a deal on groupon...The middle pool had this gross filmy bubbles pooling up by the filters on the side of the pool as soon as I got in we got out when we saw that- They are certainly over chemically treating their pools. the slides you see from i4 were the nicest part of that whole place.
The outdoor area and bar were not very clean, it just felt unkempt.
The room was nice at first glance as they had done some remodeling- but thats where it ended... the bathroom door was falling apart- you would think they could replace that. and then we woke up to roaches on the wall and behind the tv.. it was disgusting.. the front desk people were no help as they didn't offer anything BUT telling me that they'll tell maintenance.. We won't be back. I have also left reviews on trip advisor and yelp... This place is gross.
