Ben was amazing. He was professional but easy going and accommodating, he was patient with us as we made a last minute change to our wedding party announcements. Our wedding was on a Sunday and a lot of our guests left early leaving just a few close friends and my wedding party. Ben happily stuck around for us and we had a blast.

Everyone else that I talked to and had email correspondence with leading up to our wedding was super as well.
