TechGlamour is an average company. I have used their services for a few months and I have mixed feelings about them. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The support team takes forever to respond to queries and when they do, their responses are often unhelpful. I expected better from a company that claims to be excellent in customer satisfaction. Overall, I would rate TechGlamour as average.
