Good hotel but rooms are just 2 statlr at most, uncomfortable pillows, smelly rooms.. Service is poor...there are never any towels at the pool or at the waterpark. We stayed four days and twice our room wasn't serviced despite having a generous tip on the table. TV remote did not work you would think they'd check it before checking guests in... they sent someone in to replace batteries two hours later. Waterpark is nice and clean, main pool is really nice and open until 10pm which was nice. Over all an OK stay just wishing they'd improved room comfort and service.
