I have been a resident of Burnt Store Lakes for over 10 years and I must say that the Property Owners Association has been doing an average job in maintaining the community. Their communication with the residents could be better as there are often delays in responding to inquiries. However, they do a decent job when it comes to maintaining the common areas and organizing community events. Overall, I think the association is doing an average job.
