I had high hopes when I stumbled upon this website. The concept seemed promising, but when I received my order, it fell short of expectations. The quality was not what I anticipated, and it didn’t match the descriptions provided. Communication was also slow, and I felt left in the dark about my inquiries. While I appreciate the effort, I believe improvements are necessary. 😐💔
