I had a mixed experience with Eres - groupe chanel. The quality of their products is undeniably great. The swimwear fits perfectly and the colors are vibrant. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't provide any personalized assistance. Overall, I like their products but they need to improve their customer service.
