SunPower (EmPower) was amazing from the very first introduction to completion. I started reviewing solar systems in May of this year and reached out to Ed Olsen through a friend who had his system installed late last year. Ed is extremely knowledgable and walked my wife I through the process in person, over the phone and email whenever we had questions. He stayed in constant communications after we signed the contract for install and even came by after the install was completed to ensure we were satisfied and answer any remaining questions we might have. I have to say in dealing with numerous companies/contractors I have never been surprised to the upside. SunPower also fast-tracked the install so we could get the most savings during the summer months (our install was completed early August). From sales to engineering, product management, project management and finally the installers (I only had the opportunity to personally meet Dave - the foreman - and Dave one of the installers; went well above my expectations) every person/service was top notch. I'd also like to premise the above by stating, it is extremely rare that I would give a review online (good or bad), but I personally wanted to thank Ed et al at SunPower for their service. Highly recommend!
