We are currently here at the hotel! We have been calling for 3days about having an handicap accessible room and shower. Was informed keep calling to make sure it was handle. Spoke with someone this morning said no problem, also on the way here. Get here get checked in and wouldn t you know it check us in to a regular room!!! 2hrs later finally get the type of shower we need but not bed!! Then there are roaches in the room, been standing up front waiting on management for 30mins now. Was told corporate was here when we spoke to management earlier. Can t even get 1 of them to speak to or a phone number for them. Worst experience ever, just because we have a handicap person doesn t mean we are blind, deaf and stupid but that s how we are being treated
