Do not rent from this company. Properties are unsanitary and unsafe. Very unprofessional, unresponsive, and unorganized. Sudden unpaid move in balances have been presented to me 6 months after move in, but no one can give a straight answer as to what these fees are for...
Back deck common area is not up to code. All common areas are very dirty. Just the worst rental experiences of my life, and I ve rented a lot of places. Businesses should not be allowed to treat their customers this way.
