As an experienced travel, this airport is easily the worst I've ever dealt with. I almost missed my connecting flight because the passport check and security lines are not run efficiently whatsoever. You would think 1 hour 40 minutes would be plenty of time, but it's not whatsoever. Upon clearing security, there are men on golf carts that offer rides, which seems great...But they drive a few feet and ask you for $20USD to take you to your gate. They know you're about to miss your flight and prey of how desperate you might be. I will be avoiding this airport at ALL costs!
