This company pushes all the right buttons: locally owned, friendly and competent service, excellent product, pricing and installation.

We had an old filter for iron in our well water and could no longer obtain parts for it. I called and was invited to bring in a sample. We brought it late in the day. The owner, Ms Fletcher, came to the lobby and asked a few questions and informed us we'd hear results that day. At five-forty (after closing hours) RJ Brown called and informed me that the test showed only excessive iron.

We were able to determine that a simple canister filter was all that was needed and that an on site evaluation was unnecessary. RJ called the next day and scheduled the installation for the following week

Kevin Brown arrived on schedule and really cleaned up the plumbing, resulting in a very functional installation, with valves capable of isolating the canister for easy changing of the filter.

A week or so later RJ called, asking if I wanted him to come to our home in Sanbornton to review how the system works and the procedure to change the filter. I was able to tell him that Kevin had already done so and that the system is much easier than the previous. Total price was lower than I had expected.
