I recently had my yacht repaired at Jacht- en scheepswerf gouwerok and I must say the experience was average. The repair work was done efficiently and my yacht is now in good condition. However, the customer service could have been better. There were some delays in communication and it took longer than expected to get updates about the progress of the repair. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
