Honest feedback from a family with two young children.

Started off with the resort loosing our reservation from months prior. Thank goodness my wife brought her computer and showed the confirmation or we would had to pay double the rate we booked. Front desk lady was apologetic but took over 30 mins of confusion.

Rooms are damp, stinky and Ac was sub par. Honestly didn t let my kids play legos on the floor because it was filthy. We could hear our neighbors talking and we found water damage on the furniture which probably meant mold.

We originally booked motel because of the water park like every other person on this google review. However the park is ok. It was overly packed with kids of all sizes. Limited lifeguards and very chaotic slide area under the pavilion. Some parents didn t even monitor their children and one girl almost drowned thank god for the lifeguard. My children are smaller and we felt very uncomfortable with them swimming in the chaos.

Our room was right outside the main hotel pool which has no lifeguard. Kids just swimming with no adult supervision nor lifeguard. Pool was dirty and visible debris floating.

We spend a lot of time at universal and Chuck E. Cheese to stay out of the room because of the poor amenities.

Not sure why some people have 5/5 reviews guess they had a different experience but if you read all the poor reviews the same underlining issues are apparent. Stinky rooms, poor staff and sub par experience.

Spend your money elsewhere.
