I recently had the opportunity to work with Schweitzer-Mauduit Intl INC and I must say that my experience with them was average. The company has a solid reputation in the industry but I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, their products are of good quality and I appreciate the attention to detail in their manufacturing process.
