We had an excellent experience with Secondwind and specifically with RJ Brown. RJ came to our home recently due to concerns about Manganese and Iron in our water. He examine our current water system, tested our water, and provided several options to address our situation. There was no "hard sell" and I appreciated the fact the we were able to develop a plan that started with a very economical solution. The resulting visit, by a Secondwind technician, to service our existing system went equally well. He examined the system and explained what he was doing to increase it's efficiency. Overall, I am very impressed with the customer service I was provided with and will continue to use them in the future.
