If you visit this place to get your machine fixed, i can guarantee that you will visit this store atleast 4-5 more times. YES, THEY ARE THAT INCOMPETENT. They have hired a staff of students who could not pass highschool and were forced to manual labour by their families.

I should have take a clue from the customers who were in there that day angry and frustrated as it was their 4-5th visit and they were being over billed without any solution.
I just wanted my keyboard replaced. I was made to sit all day. First they billed me for the wrong model and did not have the correct one in the inventory. Finally 8 hours late, in what should have been a 15 minute job at most. They replaced it. Its been 10 days and not the new keyboard again fails to work normally. Keys keep sticking. If only the 10th fail repairman had a brilliant idea to clean up before fitting the new one. Well that's 900 down the drain for me. DON'T GO HERE.
