Ordered a week early some engagement theme cupcake...

Ordered a week early some engagement theme cupcakes and waited an hour to get them. The fondant was messed up and my cupcakes were all messed up and broken. I was supposed to pick up at noon and the party was at 2pm. Staff was incredibly rude about the broken cupcakes (which was not my fault since I literally opened them outside the store) and flat out said to wait 20 minutes again outside. When they brought the new cupcakes out, they tried to give me a lecture. I am very disappointed, will never order again from there. Staff and the quality has gone down by A LOT. I am mainly angry about how they treated me and didn t even apologize for the messed up cupcakes. This was their main location in Georgetown.
