I had a mixed experience with Starlight Dairy, Inc. The products were of good quality, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved satisfactorily. I appreciate the effort made to make things right, but I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
