Highly competent, careful, thorough, pleasant and experienced group. It's a busy place, but if your problem is urgent they respond promptly. I've used them several times over the past 4-5 years and they are able to keep me and my various devices out of trouble as well as - recently - reviving the dead.
The techs and owner are always willing to listen and counsel; and they've not pushed any option or ittem. I'm really happy with their service and skills.
