I recently used a financial service from finpoints.com. The overall experience was decent. However, I noticed a few areas where the service could be improved. The website interface needs some enhancements as it was a bit confusing. Apart from that, the services provided were satisfactory and I was able to accomplish my goal. I hope they consider the user feedback and make necessary improvements.
