I visited Salon On 3 Rd for the first time last week, and I am already planning my next appointment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the stylist did an incredible job on my hair. I love the modern and stylish look of the salon, and I felt pampered throughout my visit. Highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a hair makeover!
