Naviretail is an average company. Their website looks great, but their customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate and has a user-friendly interface. However, when I contacted their customer service for assistance, it took a long time to get a response, and even then, the representative wasn't very helpful. I hope Naviretail takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.
